Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

Salty Standards provides beauty and wellness services including hair, nails, skincare, and cosmetic treatments. Additional information about our services, pricing, and appointments can be found on our website.

2. Bookings & Appointments

  • Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate personal information when booking.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in cases of staff illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen events. We will notify you as soon as possible.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

4. Payments

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and online payments.

  • Prices for services are listed in EUR (€) and include applicable VAT as required by Finnish law.

5. Refund Policy

6. Gift Cards and Vouchers

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

  • Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.

  • Clients must inform the salon of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or recent surgeries prior to treatment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for health and safety reasons.​
