At Salty Standards, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We strive to provide high-quality services and a pleasant experience. If you are not satisfied with your service or experience, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make it right.
2. Refunds for Services
Due to the nature of personal care services, we do not offer refunds for completed services. However, if you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will assess your concerns and may offer a correction or complimentary service if appropriate.
3. Refunds for Products
If you purchased a retail product from us and it is:

Unopened, and
-
Returned within 14 days with proof of purchase,
you may be eligible for a full refund or exchange. Opened or used products cannot be refunded unless they are defective.
4. Appointment Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

More than 24 hours notice: No charge.

Less than 24 hours notice / No-show: A cancellation fee of 50 % of service price may be charged.
For prepaid appointments, no-shows or late cancellations may result in the forfeiture of the prepaid amount.
5. Gift Cards & Prepaid Services

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Prepaid services are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with written consent.
6. Legal Rights
This policy complies with Finnish and EU consumer protection regulations. Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights under applicable Finnish or EU laws.
